The main point of this area is Shey- Phoksundo Lake.  Lower Dolpo Trekking goes from Juphal after a scenic flight from Nepalgunj. This trek gives you a worthwhile experience of life time. You can see snowy peaks, ancient and isolated villages, rich wildlife, Buddhist monastery and wonderful lakes. The people of this area are simple and warm-hearted with enthralling culture and traditions. The cultural traditions of this area are basically linked with Tibet. Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to October) are the best months for this trip.
